Balance due May 31, 2010. Deposit is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another
person for the same gathering with written notification by August 15, 2010. In order to transfer, you must send by
POSTAL MAIL ONLY the new person's registration form and a written acknowlegement from you authorizing the new
person to attend in your place.
Refund policy: Before June 1, 2010, Full refund less deposit.
After June 1, 2010, no refunds for any reason.
